Fried Eggs with Sausages

Fried eggs with sausages. It's super easy. Good for breakfast or a quick meal. Just eggs and sausages cooked in a frying pan. I make this all the time when I want something simple and filling.

What To Do

  1. Take your frying pan and put it on the stove. Turn the heat to medium.
  2. Cut the sausages into thick slices. If you like whole sausages, you can leave them as they are.
  3. Put a little oil or butter in the pan. Wait until it gets hot (like, a minute).
  4. Add the sausages. Cook them for about 3-4 minutes. You want them to get a little brown. Stir them sometimes so they cook all over.
  5. Push the sausages to one side of the pan.
  6. Crack the eggs into the empty space. Sprinkle some salt and pepper.
  7. If you want the eggs runny, cook for about 2-3 minutes. If you want them cooked through, just leave them a bit longer.
  8. When the eggs are how you like them and the sausages look done, take everything off the heat.
  9. Use a spatula or a big spoon to get it all onto a plate. That's it. Eat while it's hot. It's good with some bread or toast if you want.

lightbulb_2 Tips

  • If you don’t have sausages, you can use ham, bacon, or even some leftover chicken works fine.
  • Butter tastes good, but oil is fine too. Don't use too much or it'll be greasy.
  • Keep the heat on medium. Too high and the eggs can burn.
  • You can throw in some chopped onion if you want extra flavor.
  • Don't crowd the pan. If you have a small pan, just do two eggs at a time.
